Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Service Interruptions
ForTheGuys does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by scheduled maintenance, natural disasters, third-party failures, or force majeure events.

All ForTheGuys trademarks, logos, website content, and software are the exclusive property of ForTheGuys. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. ForTheGuys may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForTheGuys’ liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
12. Amendments
ForTheGuys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
